Francisco J. Rivera
Mr. Francisco J. Rivera has served as a financial consultant for more than 20 years, working with the preparation and implementation of sophisticated financial strategies and solutions for individual clients and business owners.
Mr. Rivera holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, Magna Cum Laude, and is a Puerto Rico resident.
Jairo A. Estrada
Mr. Jairo Estrada is a former member of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee of Chase Manhattan Bank. He was also a Senior Consultant with KPMG in Albany, New York, the Caribbean Islands, and South America. He is a resident of Puerto Rico and has been a featured speaker on entrepreneurship and management of privately held companies at several institutions, including the Aspen Institute in Baltimore, Maryland and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York. Mr. Estrada has a Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior, a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, from SUNY at Buffalo.
Amb. Hans Hertell
Ambassador Hertell has over 30 years of experience in government, public affairs, business, and banking. In 2001, he was sworn in as the United States Ambassador to the Dominican Republic.
He is an attorney and co-founder of his former firm Goldman, Atonetti, Ferraiouli, Axtmayer, and Hertell, a full-service law firm in Puerto Rico. Ambassador Hertell received a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Fordham University.
Roberto Martinez
Mr. Roberto Martinez is a Certified Public Accountant and the Chief Financial Officer at Universal Insurance Co.
He received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras and a graduate degree in Law from Inter American University - School of Law.
